Posted : 3 years, 2 months ago on 10 August 2014 09:56 (A review of Church In The Kitchen (Album) - By: The Dunaways)

As always the music of The Dunaways comes across as sincere, heartfelt and down to earth. This album is no different.

Setting The Record Straight

Posted : 11 years, 4 months ago on 18 June 2006 06:08 (A review of Setting the Record Straight)

Very interesting documentary. Shows the truth about the party that calls itself "the party of civil rights" (the democratic party). Shows how the KKK was founded by the democratic party. They also did everything they could to keep slavery legal. The democrats are the ones that passed all the segregation laws and the racist laws to keep blacks from voting and other laws. It was the republican party, which was formed to try to stop slavery, that was the true party of civil rights. They did everything they could time and time again to try to pass civil rights laws that were voted down time and time again by democrats. Even today the democrats are against school choice for blacks. The overwhelming majority of blacks support school vouchers, but the democrats seem to want to keep blacks in failing schools rather than give them the choice to go to a better school. This dvd should be required viewing in schools.

Solomon's Knife-By: Victor Koman

Posted : 11 years, 6 months ago on 18 April 2006 12:59 (A review of Solomon's Knife)

An aborted fetus (still alive) is transplanted into the womb of an infertile woman and brought to term. The woman who aborted this baby finds out seven months later that another woman has given birth to the baby she aborted. She then decides she wants the baby and a custody battle begins. I didn't want to put this book down. This is one of the most interesting novels I've ever read. People on both sides of the abortion debate will find this mixture of medical thriller and courtroom drama fascinating.

Short Of A Miracle-By: Crystal Pitrois

Posted : 11 years, 6 months ago on 7 April 2006 01:08 (A review of Short of a Miracle: Tina Torry's Story of Hope in the Midst of Tragedy)

Another powerful true story that shows the true meaning of the word "choice" in the abortion debate. It's the story of a teenager who got pregnant and was told by everyone to have an abortion. She did have an abortion, but her daughter Heidi survived that abortion and was born normal and healthy, and now is grown with children of her own. This book also talks a lot about how emotionally harmful abortion is to women.

Moses The Lawgiver

Posted : 11 years, 6 months ago on 26 March 2006 11:52 (A review of Moses)

This is a pretty good movie, but in my opinion it doesn't compare to "The Ten Commandments". I loved "The Ten Commandments" so much more.

The New Thought Police-By: Tammy Bruce

Posted : 11 years, 7 months ago on 23 March 2006 06:38 (A review of The New Thought Police)

This book was written by a lesbian feminist who is not afraid to criticize the left. She chronicles the left's threats to silence radio and television hosts and also book and newspaper burnings, and expulsions of students for utterances offensive to select groups. She has experienced first hand the campaigns from the left against our fundamental freedom of expression.

Unfounded Loyalty-By: Wayne Perryman

Posted : 11 years, 7 months ago on 23 March 2006 06:17 (A review of Unfounded Loyalty: An In-Depth Look into the Love Affair Between Blacks and Democrats)

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who believes the propaganda that the democrats have done more for black people than republicans. This book tells the true history of the democratic party.

This movie includes a moving performance by Mahalia Jackson, who sings "Trouble Of The World" in the funeral scene.
